AssetGuard will arrive  on the date and the time mutually agreed upon. During the inventory, the homeowner will be present at all times when inventory is taking place. 

We will collect information on all the belongings and areas of your home that you have indicated and agreed on. 

After the inventory is completed, AssetGuard will process and compile the information into our detailed report. This will take approx 3 days after inventory, depending on the size of property and the scope of the inventory. 

The inventory reports, in the chosen format will  be delivered to our client for review. The client will have 7 days to review inventory reports and identify any mistakes, additions or deletions and contact AssetGuard. After 14 days, a maintenance fee will apply.
